Straightline's Rehab Loan Program provides investors with fast approvals and closings. After closing we utilize a simple, flexible draw process to make sure your project stays on track.
Up to 90% of Purchase
We can fund up to 90% of purchase and 100% of renovations for your project.
Up to 75% of ARV
Fix to Rent deals can qualify for up to 75% ARV. Fix to Flip deals can qualify for up to 70% of ARV
Flexible Rates & Fees
Rates range from 8.25% to 12%. We can customize pricing based on your lending needs.
No Income Docs
We do not require extensive financial documentation or tax returns to qualify for a loan.
