Straightline underwrites the project and your experience level in building homes.  We don't collect tax returns and don't require you to show cash reserve

We never charge you to apply for a loan and our loan quotes include a summary of all fees associated with your loan.  There are no surprises at the closing table! 

Streamlined Draw Process

Our draw process is fast and simple to navigate.  We utilize a third party inspection company with local inspectors in your market that get to your job site quickly and prepare detailed reports for each draw.

Loan Amounts:  $75,000 to $2,000,000

Property Types:  1-4 Family Properties (SFR and Fee Simple Townhouses)

New Construction Lending Territories:  Nationwide Except MN, NV, ND, OR, SD, VT & WV

Loan Term:  12 - 18 months

Loan Position:  1st position only

Rate:  11%

Origination Fee:  3% 

Loan to Value Max:  70% of After Construction Value

 

Loan to Cost Max:  75% of total cost (lot purchase plus construction)

Minimum Credit Score:  640 but exceptions can apply depending on experience and circumstances.
